I do this in hopes that the receiver will not only enjoy what they have received but also so that they will not throw it away. Rather they will keep it sequestered away and bring it out when they need to move The Swarm or maybe they will re-gift it.printtrollhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01266583207836022020noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1266192788980919045.post-71867013788491970642009-03-24T21:19:00.000+01:002009-03-24T21:19:00.000+01:00I love the fact that you have beautiful wrap ideas...I love the fact that you have beautiful wrap ideas... Your packaging shows that you value your work and expect the recipient to as well. I have received pieces that were thrown in a box with a few scraps of newspaper...as if the artist couldn't wait to get rid of it! I love your packaging. Maybe you could stop wrapping the inner box? I dont think its overkill or anyone would think you are using too many excess materials. Im sure there are a few people who might not care for it just to arrive in the cardboard box BUT - being someone who takes great care in packaging my items (and being a designer who thinks appearance is important) I know how many hundreds of comments I have received about nice packaging - it is always appreciated.<BR/>People will not read your message about how wrapping is available upon request - no matter where you put it or how many times, people skip over everything! I think until there is an option at checkout (hopefully one day!) you should stick with he packaging you show in the photo. thats my two cents!lillyellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12693729809200950655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1266192788980919045.post-32881104564004965032009-03-24T14:07:00.000+01:002009-03-24T14:07:00.000+01:00I think the packaging is uber-cute!!
