My creative space

Today, my creative space is the kitchen table. The past week I have been really busy making tutorials for felt necklaces. I made the last tweaks to them this morning and now they are listed in my Etsy shop. I'm really excited about them as they contain loads of full color photo's and will make a felting wizard from those who never even felted. I also have the instruction manual for my new kiln laying there because I will need to read it today. First firing will be today, it will be an empty kiln though as that's how it's supposed to be the first time you fire a new kiln.

Over the weekend I'll be listing 4 SPECIAL tutorials. Actually, these will be one of a kind listings. You can buy the tutorial with shippingcost. A bit strange you think?
Well, I will sent you the tutorial via e-mail and the necklace I made to make this tutorial. So you get the necklace by only paying the shippingcost & you get to see in person how it's made.
And with the tutorial, you'll be able to make your own necklace too! :)
So, if you want one of those special tutorials, you'll have to keep an eye on my shop as I'll be listing them randomly. :)

And on top of that, I have a BIG sale in my Etsy shop as I will quit making felted necklaces and other felted ware. Holey moley, look at this insane sale section! :)

If you like to play with Kotooyoo, hop over here to post your creative space.

Kiln etcetera

We picked up the kiln yesterday. The electricity man came by today to add a plug and now it's nearly ready to fire. The only thing that I need to do now is to read the manual. I hate reading manuals but for some reason I won't mind reading this one... Tonight we'll have pizza! :)Yesterday, I also found two surprises in the mail.
Evaforeva sent me this beautiful headband! Just because... thank you, Jenya, I love it! She sells them in her new shop Forevamore.
AnnaRubyKing sent me one of her wonderful cards! Just because... thank you, Anna!
I'm just not quite sure yet on which side I want it to stand as I love the back almost as much as the front! :)

Work in progress

These are teeny tiny bits to make the feelings patience, frustrated, stress and depressed.
In case you wonder how I find the patience to make these...
I usually tape a few mystery's -I love watching mystery's- take a little container and clay these while looking in suspension. :) The ones that don't come out right are being drowned in my jar of clay slib! How cruel! :)

Little babyfeet

Last week, we received the happy news that my partner's sister is going to have a baby in fall.
Of course I immediately started searching Ravelry for baby crocheting patterns. I wanted to make baby booties but didn't really find what I was looking for. So, I just tweaked the pattern of Mamachee a bit. I did break some crocheting rules perhaps but I think they turned out cute enough for little baby feet! :)

Spring challenge European Streetteam

This is my entry for the European Streetteam challenge which is hosted by Palepink. You can find all the entries in her blog.
The theme is 'spring' and I thought this looked springlike enough to enter. :)
It is a gift so it won't be for sale. It's by the pattern of Creativeyarn so it's not really my own creation although I did tweak the pattern a little bit.
I think I will have to make myself one 'cause I really like it a lot. :)
