Stephanie, 'magneetjes' are little magnets. Here they are used as a little gift to give to people who come and visit the new baby. It's a tradition to give 'chocolate beans' when a baby is born and ususally it comes in nice packaging. You can buy it ready made but lots of people make it themselves! I thought this was such a cute idea - love 'em too! :)
