My creative space

Today's space is all about making tableware. I'm not a tableware maker & the glazing is already making me nervous as I don't have a sprayroom I put on the glaze by brush. I've made some experimental cups before and was not supersatisfied with how they turned out glaze-wise. Too thick, too thin, too uneven... They will be for own use anyway, unless I'm satisfied and confident enough to take 'em to the Sunday Market in Amsterdam on the 6th of June.
Originally I planned to go to Eindhoven but when I heard there was a big Etsy meet-up, I changed my plans! I'd love to meet you there so put it on your calender if you haven't already! :)

Want to show your space? Hop over to Kootoyoo's to play! It's fun! :)

  1. Sometimes a challenge outside your comfort zone is exactly what you need to start off a whole new chain of inspiration. I will cross my fingers that the glazing exceeds your expectations!

  16. for the inside all you have to do is poor the glaze in the cup and then swirl it around until it is completly covered then poor out the extra paint
