Remember I was making tumblers the other day?
I decorated them before going into the kiln.
Have no idea if it will look as planned eventually, but I tried to make a birch look.Let's hope the firing and glazing will co-operate to give me what I want. :)

ReplyDeleteIf I may suggest, than I think you can do this with shell laquer it will work great !!! Also I highly recomend for glazing to use bamboo chinese brushes like those: http://www.chineseclayart.com/mall/c110/s25729/store_brushes.asp

Almost holding my breath in anticipation of the big unveiling. I wish I could be there as you open the kiln door.
