My creative space

My creative space doesn't look very exciting today. I have been painting our living space for the past two days and will continue to do so today and tommorrow.
Most walls are painted lilly white and two are painted suede brown. Boring perhaps? It will color up when I put my things in there so I didn't really want the walls to scream too much color.
It's soft & calm and hopefully that will reflect my mood and mind once I'm working there! :)
Oh, and I had to put the flash on while taking this picture because it is dark and rainy here today. Oh well, an excellent day to paint! :)

    I'm a neutral paint kinda girl. I like my colour moveable/changeable.

    we are waiting to do much of the same thing ~ with very similar colours! i too am relying on the art and accessories for colour

    I love how different a coat of paint can make a room feel. Even if it is neutral colors. I just HATE the actual painting and taping. I would love to paint to walls of our apartment, but we would have to paint it back when we leave. That part makes it sound not so fun. :-P

    I have that suede/taupe color here too in the living room. it's really calm and warm. I love bright colors but they don't need to be yelling at me from the walls! LOL
    Rainy here too... well, as if we were that far away...

    When it is all done it will be worth all the work! My boyfriend and I painted our apartment about 2 years ago. I also picked mostly white.

    shouldn't have a problem with the room being too dark. The white walls should brighten up the area but the brown should help make it look less like hospital walls :)
