happy Belgium day Mitsy :)

Thanks belgium for waffle and fries and chocolate, even melted one ;) !
...if those roadworks are originally from belgium I wish you had keep them for yourself ;-D
That's fabulous! Happy Belgium Day! I've seen the Manneken Pis and even have a photo of myself in front of that :) I could go some beer, waffles and chocolate right now too... though probably not all together ;) Have a great day Mitsy. Kx
Happy Belgium Day! I'll drink a Lambic in your honour. I actually saw the Manneken Pis on your Independence Day a few years ago. We went to Brussels and had no idea it was a holiday. :D
How about Politics ... where the best ;-)
Funny post!
Well, it's not too bad living in Belgium ... we all speak several languages, we have good social security, good schools, lovely cities, splendid music festivals, ....
Let's enjoy this bankholiday ... for me, living very close to the 'Gentse Feeste' area it will be a day of music, walking around, seeing people, eating fries and mussles with a fresh beer, ....
Happy Belgium Day! Maybe I can convince Mr Morrgan to go and have a couple of Leffes for the occasion this evening. ;)
Happy Belgium Day! I'd forgotten how much I love fries with mayo, and Belgian chocolate, and Bruges, and......!
happy holiday! ..I really must have a trip to Belgium somewhen...Beer, rain and roadworks I know already from my home, ..but chocolate and waffles sounds great!
:) :) :) :) :)

Thank you so much for sharing!

Happy Belgium day!
Happy holiday! I just had a Leffe bruin yesterday :), I really love it.
happy holiday! I love the waffels, belgian chocolate and beer, but ...ehm... the weather.....
You have forget the beautiful, beautiful Bruges and Gent ( or Gand) :))
Sara
Jip, I forgot a few here, Sara, but I think it's quite hard to capture Belgium in a few pictures...
I'm intrigued by 'het hellend vlak' and want to visit it sometime that's why it's listed here - a gentle reminder to myself! ;)
Ooooh Eddy Wally ^_^
Happy july 21st!
Eddy Wally! Nimmer wordt hij grijs en ouder.
En niet alleen de frieten, maar zeker ook jullie frietsaus. Want Vlaamse frieten zonder saus, zijn geen Vlaamse frieten ;)
Happy Independence day!

P.s.: Thank you for intruducing me Eddy Wally, I didn't know him till now! :)))
Happy Belgian day!
aha; I think the food and the beer are the best of the best !!!
Happy Holiday! I did not know that waffle and peeing boy-statues were typical Belgian :-)))
Mussles with fries!
I regularly support the belgian beer trade by purchasing crazy amounts of beer which I have to go to Belgium to buy, return bottles, etc.
With the road sign pic, I thought you were going to state what most dutch think: impossible to follow road signs in Belgium. You can never find them or they are placed right after the turn they are indicating or weird stuff like that! :P
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! (where is the history lesson? I was waiting for that...)
Jip, that's also true about the roadsigns, Mariana. There is no way to see 'em all... and when there are elections, those signs make it even worse...
It's vacation right now, so we skip the history lesson! ;)
What fun to have this opportunity to celebrate the holiday with you! Thank you for the fabulous sampling.
Happy holiday! Belgium is on my list of "must see" places.
Can't say that I know that Eddy Wally figure :)
I looooove Belgium Fries *drools*
Happy Belgium day, even though it was yesterday.__Am I the only one without history knowledge. Who did you get independent from?__Have seen Mannigen pis in christmas outfit.
This is amazing! Happy (belated) Begium Day to you!
